The countersink kit is designed for DE1XL and DE1XXL models. With this kit, the machine cables are hidden under the surface for a cleaner look.

You need a drain tray with a center opening and reserve a worktop cut-out for this installation. The setup also works best with an automatic water refill kit.

The countersink kit comes with a short tube that allows you to drain into a bottle directly underneath your machine. Secure the connection with the clasp provided.

If you want to connect a longer drain to the countersink kit, you will need pipes with an inner diameter of 2.5cm. A longer drain will require more frequent cleaning to avoid blockage caused by coffee grounds.

For added convenience, our refill kits automatically top up the water tank for you. You will need either the Catering Kit (which connects to bottled water) or the plumbing kit (which connects to a pressurized water source).
